The “HYDRO MECH” make vertical Scissors Type lifting table is a short platform with a high vertical travel. These are Simple and universal devices to bridge for height differences to move goods between different levels. Scissors tables saves labour, eliminates injury and increases production levels. The proven design of the Scissors lift tables is the result of ten years of experience in design and engineering by “HYDRO MECH Engineers” of Ahmedabad ( India).

We offer you following types of scissors

Single scissor: up to 5 T capacity and height up to 2.5 Mtr

Double scissor: up to 2.5 T capacity and height up to 3.3 Mtr

Triple scissor: up to 1.5 T capacity and height up to 4.2 Mtr

Triple scissors or more: up to 0.5 T capacity and height up to 5.2 Mtr

“HYDRO MECH” make lifting tables are supplied with a rectangular platform. The lifting table is mounted directly on the floor or in pit or on vehicle – and this gives a flexible solution, which can always be adjusted to new conditions when new needs arise.

The “HYDRO MECH” make horizontal lifting table is a long table with a large lifting capacity. There are many heavy, long & bulk items are lifted or lowered in the industry. This operation can be considerably improved by the use of a “HYDRO MECH” make lifting table.

“HYDRO MECH” make lifting tables are manufactured at our own factory in Ahmedabad ( India) and this allows us to adjust the tables to special requirements and needs. Our development department designs individual solution where standard lifting tables are not inadequate. Vibration and jerk free up and down operation

All steel is cleaned, primed with primer paint and coated with 2-coats of liquid spray.
Power supply: 3 phase 415 volt AC or any suitable
Control voltage: 220 VAC or 24 VDC on all functions for the solenoid valve and limit switch
Upper limit switch: Table stops at any required height and having cut off at maximum prescribed height.
Filter system: suction filter in oil tank
The noise level for all lifting tables is very low due to the 1400 rpm motors fitted on all tables.
Easy controls: Controls are simply designed for easy operation and maintenance.
Durable hydraulics: carefully designed and precisely manufactured unit provides premium quality hydraulics.
Rugged construction: Heavy gauge steel is used all the structure part.

Especially design heavy-duty rectangular drawn thick Mild Steel box section or sandwich Flat will be used as a cross lifting arms.

Top frame and bottom frame will be made from heavy angles, and flats bars. Top frame will be covered with special top fixture with sufficient stiffeners.

All center bushes of arms and free rollers have polished GUN METAL bush bearings with external greasing facility. All junction pins, cylinder mounting pins and pivot pins will be made from ground and harden steel material with external greasing facility. Easy maneuver: For easy maneuver uniquely designed handle is standard (incase of mobile equipments).

7. For special feature with mobile:

These tables can also be supplied in a mobile version. The base frame is reinforced and provided with 4 wheels. Two fixed type and two nos. self-swivel types with combination of bearings.

One big advantage is that the lifting tables can be moved easily in all places where cleaning is high priority such as, for example, during the production of foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals. It also works as a single machine at different location in the plant. (As a universal machine)

8. “HYDRO MECH” make lifting tables can also be offered in stainless steel or with a hot galvanized finish – and with special hydraulics adjusted to the specific requirements imposed within the food industry and Pharmaceuticals industries. Many dairies, process industries, food industries, etc., work day and night. The easy height adjustment always gives the operator the best working position.

9. Built – in weighing cell: Many companies need to check the weight of both the incoming and outgoing pallet goods to check that the pallets contain the stated quantity of goods. We have specially developed a system where “HYDRO MECH” make lifting tables up to a lifting capacity of 1000 kg can be offered optionally with weighing cell.
